Ministrja e Infrastrukturës, Belinda Balluku konfirmoi anulimin e tenderit për rrugën Kardhiq-Delvinë duke dhënë dhe arsyet se pse u mor ky vendim.
“Ministria ka të drejtë që t’i japë prioritet disa nga çështjeve emergjente që mund të ketë, dhe nuk ka lidhje ka fonde apo s’ka fonde. Këto janë prioritetet momentale që ka Ministria”, tha Balluku.
Loti i 7 i rrugës Kardhiq-Delvinë ka një kosto totale prej 19 milionë euro. Në buxhetin e vitit 2019, Qeveria kishte parashikuar 4.6 milionë euro për financimin e këtij aksi. Por sipas Ballukut, Ministrisë i kanë ndryshuar prioritetet.
“Po flasim për shtyrje të procesit. Kjo shtyrje procesi vjen për shkak sepse ka një projekt tjetër i cili është më emergjent. Ju duhet ta kuptoni që ARRSH nuk bën vetëm rrugë të reja. Kemi ura, rrugë të cilat mund të kenë emergjenca dhe duhen mbuluar”, tha ministrja.
Kardhiq-Delvinë prej vitesh konsiderohet si një nga projektet më të rëndësishme të infrastrukturës. Ky aks shkurton me gati 3 orë rrugën Tiranë-Sarandë dhe vetëm dy muaj më parë gjatë një inspektimi në terren vetë ministrja Balluku u shpreh e bindur së rruga do të përfundonte para afatit. Por tashmë Ministria thotë se është fokusuar në projekte të tjera me prioritare./TCH

The Minister of Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku confirmed the cancellation of the tender for the Kardhiq-Delvina road, giving reasons why this decision was made.
“The ministry has the right to prioritize some of the emergency issues that it may have, and it has no connection if there is or not any funding. These are the current priorities of the Ministry ”, said Balluku.
Lot 7 of the Kardhiq-Delvina road has a total cost of 19m euros. In the 2019 budget, the Government had earmarked 4.6 million euros to finance this axis. But according to Balluku, the ministry’s priorities have changed.
“We are talking about postponing the process. This postponement comes because there is another project that is more urgent. You have to understand that ARRA does not just make new roads. We have bridges, roads that can have emergencies and need to be covered, ”the minister said.
Kardhiq-Delvina has been considered one of the most important infrastructure projects for years. This axis cuts the Tirana-Saranda road by almost 3 hours and only two months ago during a field inspection Minister Balluku himself was convinced that the road would be completed ahead of schedule.
But now the ministry says it has focused on other priority projects as reported from Top Channel.
