GLIKO ME SHALQI
Heqim cipen e siperme dhe pjesen e brendshme te kuqe, dhe e presim ne forme kubike, rombike ose piramide ose forme tjeter sipas deshires. I veme ne nje ene me uje gelqereje derisa te mbulohen, dhe i leme 1 ore e 30 minuta ose 2ore.
I heqim nga uji i gelqeres dhe i lajme me uje te bollshem. I veme ne zjarr me uje te ftohte dhe i leme te marrin vale. Pas marrjes se vales, pastaj i shpelajme me uje te ftohte.
Kete proces e perseritim 2-3 here, por gjithnje pas cdo vale i leme nje kohe më te gjate ne zjarr.
Ne fund i leme ne uje te ftohte te ftohen mire, dhe i kullojme. Ne nje ene tjeter tretim sheqerin me 400 gr uje dhe e veme ne zjarr te marre vale sa te trashet.
Copat e shalqinit qe i kemi ne kullese i hedhim ne shurup dhe i leme te valojne. I hedhim limontosin, vaniljen dhe gjethet e barbaroses. E leme te trashet edhe pak dhe atehere eshte gati.
Përbërësit:
Lekure shalqiu te qeruara nga 1kg,
sheqer 1,3 kg ,
uje 400 gr,
vanilje o,5 gr,
limontos 1.25gr,
gjethe barbarozi 4-5cope.

Watermelon Spoon Sweet
Remove the upper membrane and most of the red part inside, and cut into cubic, rhombic, pyramidal or other forms as desired.
Put the pieces in a container with lime water, and leave it for 1 hour and 30 minutes or 2 hours.
Remove from the lime water and then wash with plenty of water.
Then we put the pieces on fire with cold water and let it boil. After receiving a wave, rinse with cold water.
Repeat this process 2-3 times, but always after each wave leave it on fire for a long time.
Finally leave them in cold water to cool well, and drain. In another container, melt the sugar with 400 grams of water and set on fire to thicken.
Throw the drained pieces of watermelon in the syrup and let them boil. Pour the lemongrass, vanilla and geranium leaves. Let it thicken a bit and then it’s ready.

geranium 4-5 leaves.
